INITIAL SITE VISIT
At our first meeting, we will:

DETAILED PROJECT
ESTIMATE
After our consultation, we will prepare a comprehensive, itemized estimate that outlines the scope of work, materials, and costs. This estimate will include labor, materials, and any additional necessary items specific to your project.
Transparency from the start so you can see where your investment is going.
DESIGN & PLANNING
Once the estimate is approved, the Home Improvement Contract is signed and the deposit is paid, we move into the planning and scheduling phase.
This stage ensures the project scope is clearly outlined and that all required materials are accounted for. We ask that clients come to us with their design selections already made—including cabinetry, fixtures, tile, paint, and other finishes.
While we don’t provide design or selection services, we’re happy to work alongside your interior designer or architect if you have one. Our focus is on executing the build exactly to plan, with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

CONSTRUCTION
Our skilled team will begin the remodeling work, following a clear timeline and ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship. We keep you updated on progress and are available to answer any questions throughout the process.

FINAL WALKTHROUGH & PROJECT COMPLETION
After the work is completed, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any minor touch-ups or adjustments will be taken care of promptly.
