Do you offer design services?

We are a remodeling contractor, not an interior design firm. Our role is to manage and execute the construction side of your project, including planning, coordination, procurement, and installation.

If you are working with an interior designer or architect, we collaborate closely with them to ensure the design is built accurately and efficiently. For homeowners without a designer, we work from approved plans, selections, and specifications to deliver a well-executed renovation.

What is included in your remodeling services?

How long will my remodeling project take?

Do I need permits for my remodeling project?

How is pricing determined?

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. East Bay Home Improvements is fully licensed and insured in the state of California (LIC. #1097541).

Can I live in my home during the remodel?

In many cases, yes, particularly for bathroom remodels. Kitchen remodels may require temporary adjustments. We’ll walk through logistics and expectations during planning so there are no surprises.

We serve clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including Contra Costa County, Alameda County, and select Peninsula communities.
