FROM START TO FINISH - OUR PROCESS

INITIAL SITE VISIT

At our first meeting, we will:

  • Listen carefully to your vision and discuss what you like and dislike about your current space.

  • Talk through your goals, priorities, and how you envision using the remodeled space.

  • Review your desired budget and comfort zone for the project.

  • Assess the existing space by taking measurements, take photographs of the space, and identifying potential challenges.

DETAILED PROJECT ESTIMATE

  • After our consultation, we will prepare a comprehensive, itemized estimate that outlines the scope of work, materials, and costs. This includes labor, equipment, and any required permits.

​DESIGN & PLANNING

  • Once the estimate is approved, the Home Improvement Contract is signed and the deposit is paid, we move into the design and planning stage.

  • We collaborate with you to finalize the layout, materials, and finishes. This is the time to choose cabinetry, fixtures, tiles, and more.

 

Our design guidance ensures that your remodel looks stunning and functions perfectly for your lifestyle.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Our skilled team will begin the remodeling work, following a clear timeline and ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship. We keep you updated on progress and are available to answer any questions throughout the process.

FINAL WALKTHROUGH & PROJECT COMPLETION
